RETURNS POLICY

To return a product, please notify us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order by sending an email to hello@jynxactive.com, and we will send you the return form.

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • Purchased from jynxactive.com

  • Returned in its original packaging, in new, unworn, unwashed condition, with all tags intact

  • Clean, with no traces of cosmetics and no odors

  • Undamaged

  • Properly packaged to prevent damage during shipping

Returns that do not meet these conditions will be rejected, and refunds will not be processed.

After sending the return email, please wait for confirmation of receipt before sending the package via courier to Posh Brand SRL. You will receive the return address by email. For further details, you can contact us at +40 734 547 570.

Note: Return shipping costs are supported by the customer. We will not accept cash-on-delivery returns.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

If you want to exchange a product for a different size, please follow these steps:

  • The product must meet the same return conditions mentioned above

  • Send an email to hello@jynxactive.com, and we will send you the exchange form

  • The cost of sending the product to us is covered by you

  • Delivery of the new size is covered by us

  • After we receive and verify the product, we will send you the desired new size
