Durata transportului este de aproximativ 2-4 zile lucrătoare oriunde în România din momentul în care vă expediem produsul.

After sending the return email, you will receive a form that you will need to complete, after which you can send the package by courier to the address provided by us in the email.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. We will not accept return packages with cash on delivery.

• The product must meet the same return conditions mentioned on the Returns page
• Send an email to hello@jynxactive.com, and we will send you the exchange form.
• The cost of shipping the product back to us is your responsibility
• Delivery of the new size is covered by us
• After we receive and check the product, we will send you the desired new size
